Shodhmitra Education and Research delivers physical goods (printed academic books, monographs, edited volumes, author print copies, and physical certificates) as well as digital deliverables (journal publication links, e-books, e-certificates, and similarity reports).

1. Physical Book Orders & Print Deliveries

• Order Processing Time:

  • Standard print book orders: Packaged and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days.

  • Print-on-Demand (POD) monographs or special edited chapter volumes: Processed and dispatched within 4 to 7 business days following final print verification.

• Shipping Carriers & Coverage:

  • We ship across all serviceable pincodes in India using reputed courier networks (e.g., DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery) and India Post (Speed Post/Registered Parcel).

• Delivery Transit Timelines:

  • Metro & Tier-1 Cities: Estimated 3 to 5 business days post dispatch.

  • Rest of India / Regional Areas: Estimated 5 to 9 business days post dispatch.

  • (Note: Extreme weather, regional holidays, or postal strikes may occasionally cause unforeseen transit delays).

• Shipping Charges:

  • Applicable shipping fees are calculated based on parcel weight and delivery pincode, and are clearly stated at checkout before payment.

• Tracking Information:

  • As soon as your order is dispatched, an automated email/SMS with the courier name and tracking/consignment number will be provided so you can track your parcel online.

2. Digital Fulfillment & Journal Access

• Immediate Open-Access Journal Publications: Articles published in our journals (such as Wisdom Vortex: International Journal of Social Science and Humanities) are made available as instant digital open-access downloads (PDF/HTML) on the website immediately upon issue release.

• E-Books & Chapter Downloads: Downloadable e-books are fulfilled digitally. Access links are provided on the order confirmation screen and sent via registered email immediately following payment confirmation.

• Similarity Reports & Editorial Deliverables: Plagiarism check reports and edited manuscripts are sent directly to the registered email within 24 to 48 hours of order placement.

• Publication E-Certificates: Digital authorship/publication certificates are issued via email within 48 hours of formal publication.

3. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address with complete landmarks and a functional phone number.

• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer to re-dispatch the consignment.

4. Damaged Deliveries

• If the packaging appears visibly broken or heavily tampered with at the time of delivery, we encourage customers to record an unboxing video or take photographs before opening.
