Line-by-line editorial review, academic tone refinement, and sentence-structure polishing.
Formatting citations and bibliographies to match standard manuals (APA 7th, MLA, Chicago, IEEE).
Manual contextual rephrasing to resolve originality diagnostics without altering data.
Requirements: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Humanities, Social Sciences, English, or related fields; prior editing experience with academic papers or books.
Journal Editorial Assistant
- 2-3 years research experience
- Hybrid / Part-Time
Core Responsibilities:
Managing double-blind peer-review workflows through Open Journal Systems (OJS).
Coordinating with peer reviewers, authors, and sectional editors.
Preliminary manuscript compliance screening and Crossref DOI metadata verification.
Requirements: Familiarity with academic indexing, ISSN guidelines, and journal publishing ethics (COPE).
Typesetting & Book Layout Designer

Core Responsibilities:
Interior book typesetting (InDesign/LaTeX/Word) adhering to ISBN print standards.
Designing academic book covers, figures, charts, and tables for monographs and edited volumes.
Requirements: Proven experience in book design, typography, and prepress standards.
